The Black Forest Wilderness Valley resort is a simple drive or fly-and-drive from where you are – not far from the I-75 interestate artery that bisects Michigan from Sault Ste. Marie at the Canadian/U.S. border to the Detroit/Windsor river crossing. We're an easy drive from the Midland / Bay City / Saginaw area, Flint, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Jackson, Kalamazoo / Battle Creek, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and Traverse City (home to Tom Doak and 5-time PGA champion Walter Hagen).

Take Exit 270 (south of Gaylord), Waters Exit
Go West 0.5 miles to Old US 27; Turn Right (North)
Go North 3 miles to C38, /Mancelona Road
